A lien sale is when a customer abandons their vehicle/watercraft or does not pay their bill, the storage facility then takes legal action and acquires the ability to sell the boat or RV.

Lien sales are part of our business. We do not like to pursue this avenue, but in doing so, we can offer the public good deals. Lien sales are typically a low cost way to get a boat or RV.

A consignment sale is when a customer wants to sell their vehicle/watercraft while in our yard. We help facilitate the sale by showing the RV/watercraft, and stay in communication with the owner thru-out the process. The advantage to the owner is that the vessel stays in a safe and secure space for a hassle free sale.
